Creamed Pork and Mushroom 豚肉ときのこのクリーム煮

Serves: 4
- 1 onion
- 100g mushroom
- 300g fillets of pork
- ½ cup white wine
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tsp mustard
- 2 tbsp cranberries
- 125g fresh cream
- salt and pepper
- Cut the onion into thinly slice, wash the mushrooms and slice. Cut the pork into strips.
- Put the oil in a pan and fry onion until soft, add the mushrooms and fry briefly.
- Add the some wine and simmer for about 10 min, add the mustard cranberries and fresh cream. Season with salt and pepper. Then, serve with some salad.
