Simmered Ground Beef and White Radish 大根のそぼろ煮

- 150g ground beef
- ¼ white radish
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 200 cc dashi stock
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- Cut the white radish, into slice and thick rectangles.
- Heat the oil in a pot, and stir- fry the ground beef, and add soy sauce and leave it until lightly parched.
- Add the white radish and continue to stir- fry, add the dashi stock, sugar, and soy sauce porch until the stock is gone and let stand cool. Serve in a bowl and sprinkle with SANSHO pepper your taste.
