Potato with Milky dressing ポテトのミルキードレッシング和え

- 6 potato
- 2 tbsp cottage cheese
- 3 branch Italian parsley
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 2tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt , pepper
- Peel the potato, cut into 2-3 pieces, and boil or steam until tender, then drain and add the cottage cheese while potato is hot, and dressing briefly.
- Place the sour cream, milk, pepper, olive oil, and minced parsley into a bowl, and mix well.
- Combine the potato and dressing, mix briefly.
