Beet Salad Lemon Cream Style ビーツのレモンクリームサラダ

- 160g beet can
- 100ml fresh cream
- ⅓ lemon juice, squeeze the lemon
- salt and pepper
- Rye bread
- Place the fresh cream into a bowl, add the salt, pepper, and lemon juice, mix well.
- Cut the beet into thinly slice, and add them into a bowl of dressing. Serve with rye bread.
