- 1 mango
- 4 thinly sliced bread for sandwich
- 100ml fresh cream
- 3 tbsp cottage cheese
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 20 leaves spearmint
- Peel the mango and cut into thinly small bite-size pieces. Cut the spearmint into mince.
- Whisk fresh cream and sugar until stiff peaks form, add the spearmint and cottage cheese, and mix briefly.
- Cut 1 sliced bread into 4 equal square, put in the order of cream, mango, cream, and bread.
