- ½ bunch rape
- 1 egg
- 6 thinly sliced ginger
- 20 leaves kinome
- 1 cup rice
- 40ml sushi vinegar
- 2 tsp toasted sesame
- 1 tsp sugar
- salt
- vegetable oil
- Soak the rape blossom in cold water for about 10 min, then boiling in salted hot water for about 1 min. Drain and cut into 3 equal pieces.
- Drop the egg in a bowl; add the sugar and salt, beat well. Heat the oil in a frying pan, make to scrambled egg.
- Cut the ginger into thinly strips.
- Just cooked rice, adds the sushi vinegar, mix quickly, and put into a dish or some like a lunch box. Place the scrambled egg and rape on top of sushi rice, sprinkle the kinome leaves and toasted sesame.
