- 1 goya
- 3-4 slice thinly pork
- 5 eggs
- 4 hambuerger buns
- ½ tsp chili pepper
- salt and pepper
- olive oil
- tomato ketchup
- salad leaf
- watercress
- lemon
- Cut the goya in half lengthwise, scoop out the seeds, and slice into 3㎜ wise. Sprinkle 1 tsp. of salt, let stand for about 7-8 min, and soak in cold water, then rinse it and squeeze of moisture.
- Cut the pork into bite-size pieces, put the egg in bowl, and beat, add the chili pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, add the goya, pork, salt and pepper, and fry briefly. pour the beaten eggs, bake for both side.
- Place the salad leaf, water cress, baked goya, on a warmed buns, garnish with ketchup and squeeze the lemon, and sand with other buns.
