- 350g oyster
- ½ long green onion
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp miso
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp butter
- Wash the oyster briefly, cut the long green onion into thinly diagonal slice.
- Heat the butter in a pan, add the oyster and long green onion, and fry.
- Add the sake, sugar and miso, and fry until cooked oyster.
I think this one has a lot of calories seeing as it makes use of oyster and butter. But I feel that this would be delicious. Things with butter are yummy and I love oysters.
