Fried Duck with Honey-Miso 鴨のはちみつ味噌の漬け焼き

Serves: 2
- 1 fillet(large) duck
- ⅓ cup honey
- ⅓ cup miso
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 1 white parts of long green onion
- lemon or kabosu
- Combine the honey and miso, and mix. Then, coat the honey-miso to the duck, let stand for 4 hours.
- Cut the long green onion into julienne strips, soak it in cold water, and drain well.
- Heat the oil in a pan, fry the duck both side (medium rare). Arrange the duck in a plate, and garnish with long green onion and lemon or kabosu.

Wow I love duck, and I bet it tastes so good with honey. That delicious duck taste mixed with a hint of sweetness. I think I just might try this one out. Too bad I can’t cook to save my life.
