- 160g boiled octopus
- 1 knob garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cups rice
- 40ml white wine or sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 360 cc water
- sansho
- Cut the octopus into thinly slice, and cut the garlic into mince. Wash the rice and drain the strainer, and let stand 30 min.
- Heat the olive oil in a pan, add the garlic and fry, next add the octopus and fry. Add the rice and fry until transparent to rice.
- Add the wine or sake, soy sauce and stir-briefly.
- Place the rice into a rice cooker, add the water and turn on the rice cooker.
