- 250g Sliced thinly pork
- 6 tbsp flour
- 5 tbsp water
- salt and pepper
- breadcrumbs
- oil for deep fry
- sauce ( CHU=NOU sauce or TONKATSU sauce)
- lettuce
- tomato
- Shape the pork into small ball, and sprinkle the salt and pepper.
- Put the flour into a bowl, add the water and mix well.
- Coat the pork with flour mixture, breadcrumbs, Place the pork in oil at 170℃, deep-fry for about 5-6 minutes. When the batter turns completely golden brown, retrieve and drain on a tray.
- Arrange the pork on a dish, and garnish with lettuce and tomato, pour over the sauce (Japanese sauce for deep-dried food)
