- 120g ground chicken tight
- 120g ground chicken breast
- ½ onion, cut into mince
- parsley , cut into mince
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp bread flour
- ½ tsp cumin powder
- ¼ tsp coriander powder
- a pinch of cinnamon powder
- 2-3 tbsp vegetable oil
- salt and pepper
- Place the onion, parsley, egg, bread flour, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, salt and pepper into a bowl, and mix briefly with chopsticks.
- Add the ground chicken and mix well with your hand.
- Heat the oil in a pan, chicken mixture is evenly spread, and bakes, for golden brown. Then, turn over, and bake to other side until through the heat.
- Arrange it the dish, and garnish with lime, coriander leaves, and “HARISSA”( chili paste) your taste.
