Fried Peppers with Baby Sardine ピーマンとちりめんじゃこの炒め物

- 20g dried baby sardine
- 1 green pepper
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sake
- sesame oil
- Cut the pepper into bite-size pieces.
- Heat the sesame oil in a pan, fry the dried baby sardine. Add the pepper, soy sauce, and sake, continue to fry.
- When the pepper is softening, arrange on a dish.
