- 4 potato
- ½ onion
- 4 slice ham
- ⅓ carrot
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1-2 tbsp milk
- salt and pepper
- flour
- 1 egg
- breadcrumbs
- oil for deep-fry
- Make to Potato salad: Cut the onion into thinly slice, and cut the ham in mince. Boil the carrot too briefly, and cut into small pieces.
- Boil the potato, and mash, add the butter and milk, and mix. Add the onion, carrot, ham, salt, pepper, and mayonnaise, and mix well. Let stand cool.
- Shape the potato salad in oval, coat the flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs. Deep -fry at 170℃ oil until crispy and golden brown.
- Serve with lettuce and sauce (TONKATSU SAUCE)
