- 5 chicken tights
- 250g dried prune
- 1 onion
- ½ cup brandy
- 1 cup white wine
- 2-3 vegetable oil
- 1 cube chicken soup stock
- water
- thyme
- salt and pepper
- Soak the dried prune in brandy for about one night. Cut the onion into mince.
- Heat the oil in a large pot, place the chicken, and fry until golden brown color both side. Add the onion, and stir fry until onion is soften over medium heat.
- Add the prune with brandy, and white wine, and simmer over a high heat.
- Add the water t enough so that ingredients is completely, add the cube chicken soup stock, and thyme, simmer for about 1 hour half, finally, season with salt and pepper.
