- 1 cup green peas
- 100g kidney bean
- 2 potato
- 1 grab basil leaves
- 1 knob garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp pine nuts
- 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
- 320g linguine pasta
- extra virgin oil
- salt and pepper
- Boil the green peas, and boil the kidney bean and cut into 3-4㎝ lengths pieces, boil the potato and keep warm then.
- Wash the basil leaves, and drain well, grind well to use grind bowl with salt.
- Place the olive oil in a small pot, and over a heat. Add the thinly sliced garlic, and pine nut , warm until little bit brown, turn off the heat, and let stand cool. When it was cool, add into a basil paste, and mix. Add the extra virgin oil and parmesan cheese, and mix well, make to sauce. And mash roughly the potato and add the sauce.
- Dress the Just boiled linguine pasta, kidney bean and sauce, and sprinkle the black pepper on top.
