Eggplant Caviar-Style なすのキャビア風

- 3 eggplant
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1 tbsp honey
- vegetable oil
- pepper
- Grill the eggplant, when the skin is crispy and inside soft, peel while soaking in cold water.
- Cut the eggplant into mince, and mix with vegetable oil.
- Place the miso and honey into a small pan, while stirring over a low heat.
- Add the miso sauce into the eggplant, little by little, and mix well. Arrange it on a small bowl, sprinkle the pepper. Eat to put on baguette, cooked rice, or cracker etc.
