- 100g cabbage
- 1 potato
- 2 hard boiled eggs
- salt and pepper
- flour
- beaten egg
- bread crumbs
- oil for deep-frying
- Cut the cabbage into roughly minces, and microwave on 1 min, let stand cool and squeeze out the moisture.
- Wash the potato, wrap with plastic wrap and microwave on 3-4 min, peel while they are hot, and them mash.
- Combine the cabbage and potato, and add the hardboiled egg, salt and pepper, mix well.
- Shape into balls, (If you it is hard for shape, add the 1 or 2 table spoons mayonnaise) Coat the flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs. Deep -fry at 170℃ until crispy.
- Serve with petit tomato and cut lemon.

I really didn’t notice that there is cabbage in it. I rarely eat cabbage but I would love to try this one 🙂 I really think that it will taste good. I can’t wait to try it! Thanks for sharing!
