Fried Fish with Potato 白身魚とじゃがいもの揚げ焼き

- 2 fillet white meat fish
- 3 potato
- ⅓ tsp salt
- pepper
- vegetable oil for- fry
- Remove the fish skin, and cut in half. Cut the potato into thinly strips, and add the salt and pepper and mix.
- Cover the fish with potato all over, and heat the oil into a frying pan, and fry the fish until crispy and golden brown.
