Fig and Celery with Champagne Vinaigrette Salad いちじくとセロリのシャンパンヴィネガーサラダ

Serves: 2 – 3
- 2 celery
- 2 fig
- 5 walnut
- For Champagne Vinaigrette Sauce:
- 1 tbsp champagne vinegar
- ¼ mustard(grain mustard)
- 1 tsp mayonnaise
- salt and pepper
- olive oil
- Cut the celery into thinly rectangles pieces. Peel the fig and cut it into thinly wedges pieces, and toast the walnut and crush.
- Combine the all ingredients of Champagne vinaigrette sauce and mix well.
- Place the celery, fig, and walnut in a bowl, pour over the olive oil a little. Then dress with champagne vinaigrette sauce.
