Sweet Salty flavor Potato 甘辛粉ふきいも

Serves: 4
- 600g potatoes
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp butter
- Peel the potatoes and cut in quarter. Soak in water and boil until tender.
- Combine the soy sauce and sugar in a pan and bring to the boil. Add the potato and boil to the slowly. Coat the potatoes with sauce.
- When the sauce is almost gone, add the butter and toss the potatoes.
