Grilled Marlin かじきまぐろのグリル

Serves: 4
- 4 fillet marlin
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
- sudachi
- Place the olive oil, salt and pepper on a plate. Put the marlin so that plate and let stand 5 min. Then upside down the marlin and let stand 5 min more.
- Grill the marlin until good color. (Do not too much cooked)
- Place the grilled marlin on a plate and garnish with half cute sudachi.
