Grilled Marlin かじきまぐろのグリル

Good Morning, Today on Cooking Japanese Style we have a recipe called Grilled Marlin or かじきまぐろのグリル in Japanese. Since yesterday I post another marlin recipe I figured I also add this one to my list as well. This is a very delicious dish, when marlin is available to you and not so expensive like it is here in Japan. My hubby like to make this on the BBQ grill when we have parties and stuff, but that’s been awhile. So I bought a indoor griller a couple months and it work great. I hope that you enjoy making this recipe. Let’s see what we need to make our Grilled Marlin Recipe, shall we.
Ingredients
  • 4 fillet marlin
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • sudachi

Instructions
  1. Place the olive oil, salt and pepper on a plate. Put the marlin so that plate and let stand 5 min. Then upside down the marlin and let stand 5 min more.
  2. Grill the marlin until good color. (Do not too much cooked)
  3. Place the grilled marlin on a plate and garnish with half cute sudachi.
