- 2.5g gelatine (combine the 1 tbsp water and mix)
- 300g sweet potato
- 200cc coconut milk
- 2-3 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp rum
- vanilla essence
- For Coating Cream:
- 100g black chocolate
- a little of fresh cream
- Peel and cut the sweet potato into round and place in a pot. Pour in enough water so that the sweet potato is completely and simmer. When it became the tender, mash and simmer.
- When it almost liquid is gone, add the coconut milk and sugar and mix. When the sugar had melt and remove from the heat and let stand cool so that in cold water whole pot.
- When it cooled and adds the rum, vanilla and gelatin and mix well. Place it into square container and let stand in refrigerator.
- Combine the melted chocolate and little of fresh cream. Remove the cake from container and coating with chocolate cream.
This is a very mouth watering slice cake! I want to know how it will turn out 🙂 I really think that it is yummy just by looking at that picture!
