- 1 pack tofu
- 200g chopped cabbage
- a lot of chopped green onion
- 4-6 thinly sliced pork
- 2 eggs
- 2.5g granules dashi stock
- 4 tbsp (or more) flour
- salt and pepper
- vegetable oil
- sauce for Okonomiyaki
- mayonnaise
- green laver
- Put the tofu on baking dish with plastic wrap without and microwave on 600W for 6 min. Let’s stand cool.
- Place the tofu in a bowl and mash. Add the cabbage, eggs, dashi, green onion, salt and pepper and mix well.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan and pour the batter mixture and place slice of pork on top. Cook for about 3min and good bake color, turn over and cook for about 5 min.
- Put the okonomiyaki on a plate and pour the sauce (for okonomiyaki) and mayonnaise over the surface. Sprinkle on the green laver.
- Note: The amount of tofu depending on how you adjust the year without needing to add water to flour. Dough becomes light and loose feel.
