- 200g carrot
- 3 tbsp finely chopped onion
- 1 tsp finely chopped garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small can of tuna
- For Dressing:
- 1 tbsp wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp grain mustard
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- salt and pepper
- light soy sauce
- Cut the carrot into 5-6㎝ julienne strips. Place them in a microwave resistant bowl and add the onion, garlic and olive oil and mix.
- Cover the loosely plastic wrap and microwave on 600w for 1.30 min.
- Remove the wrap and mix lightly and add the drained tuna and the dressing ingredients. Mix together.
- Chill in the refrigerator to allow the dressing to soak into the carrot.
