- 4 egg
- ½ onion, cut into chop
- 2 sliced ham, cut into chop
- 1cup frozen mix vegetable
- 2 portion cooked rice
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- salt and pepper
- Heat the oil in a frying pan. Add the onion, ham, and mix vegetables and fry. Add the cooked rice and continue to fry and season with salt and pepper. Add the ketchup and stir- fry.
- Beat the egg in a small bowl. Heat the oil in a frying pan and pout in the beaten egg and expand over the frying pan and fry over medium heat.
- While the center of egg is still soft, put the ketchup rice. Transfer to serving plate by turning over the whole pan so that the omelet will come out on top on the plate.

I love omelet rice but I cannot quite get the egg to wrap neatly around the rice, so it’s either the egg is on top of the rice or under it. Now I think the problem is I put too much rice.

I really like omelet rice, but I sometimes put too much rice and too little egg that everything comes spilling out. Next time I’ll try using 4 eggs.
