- 1 pack tofu
- 600g cooked rice
- ½ long green onion, cut into fine chopping
- 1 pack radish sprout, cut into 3 equal pieces
- 1 knob ginger, cut into fine strips
- 10g shio konbu cut into fine chopping
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- pepper
- Wrap the tofu in kitchen paperand put some weight on top to drain off excess water.
- heat the sesame oil in frying pan, and mash the tofu and into a frying pan, then fry.
- Add the cooked rice and fry. Add the long green onion, radish sprout, and ginger and fry continue.
- Add the shio konbu and stir- fry. Serve it on a plate and sprinkle the pepper.
