- 300g Spanish mackerel
- 3 + ⅓ tbsp sake
- 4 tbsp mirin
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- ½ long green onion
- Cut the Spanish mackerel into 12 pieces and sprinkle the salt, let stand for 10 min.
- Place the sake and mirin in a pan and boil briefly. Add the soy sauce and boil briefly again and let stand cool and set aside.
- Wash the Spanish mackerel and wipe well with paper towel. Cut the long green onion in 4 equal pieces.
- Grill the Spanish mackerel and long green onion with fish grill and soak in sake, mirin and soy sauce mixture for 20 min fish is still hot.
