Simmered Seafood 魚介のワイン煮

Serves: 4
- 4 fillets fish ( white meat, salmon, etc )
- 12 clams
- 12 prawns, remove the shell and devin
- 2 tomatoes, cut into roughly
- 12 mushrooms, cut in half
- 800 cc white wine
- Place the every ingredients in a frying pan.( ingredients do not overlaps…)
- Pour the white wine and over a high heat. Simmer with cover for 6-7 min.
- Serve with chopped parsley.
