- 400g spare rib
- ¼ red onion
- 1 knob garlic
- 3 green onion
- 100 cc coke
- 2 tsp brown sugar or sugar
- 1 tsp chili sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- little of pepper
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Cut the sparerib into large size roughly. Cut the red onion into thinly slice and garlic into fine chop and green onion in chop.
- Place the sparerib in a bowl and add the ingredients except the vegetable oil. Mix well and let stand for about 1 hour.
- Heat the oil in a pan and add the ingredients of “2” and simmer over a medium heat.
- Arrange it on a plate and serve with cooked rice.
