Cucumber and Celery with Chili Oil きゅうりとセロリのラー油和え

Serves: 4
- 2 cucumber
- 1 celery
- a little of salt
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- ½ tbsp chili oil
- Peel the cucumber and cut into half and 4-5㎝ lengths strips. Peel the celery and cut in same size with cucumber.
- Place the cucumber and celery into a bowl, and add a little of salt and let stand few minutes.
- Drain the cucumber and celery and add the vinegar, sugar and chili oil and toss.
