- 200g (4-5 ) scallop
- ⅓ bunch rape
- ½ long green onion

- ¾ cup cold water

- Cut the scallop in 4 equal pieces. Cut the rape and long green onion into 2㎝ lengthwise pieces. Put the scallop, rape, and long green onion in a bowl and add the little of flour and toss.
- Combine the beaten egg, flour, and cold water and add the scallop, rape, and long green onion in a bowl, and mix briefly.
- Heat the oil to 180℃ and deep fry to until crispy ( bite- size pieces)
