- 4 large size scallop
- 4 wanton pastry skin
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp red chili, cut into finely chop
- 2 tbsp honey
- salt
- asatsuki chive for garnish
- Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the wanton until crispy. When it cooked, transfer onto kitchen paper let stand cool.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the red chili fry for about 30 min over a low heat. Add the scallop and honey and fry for about 40 min both side and sprinkle the salt.
- Put the wanton on a plate, asatsuki chives, and scallop this in order. Pour over the roasted soup on top.
