- ☆Type-D (Japanese style)
- Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- pinch of salt
- ⅓ vegetable oil
- ☆Type-A (with Milk)
- Beaten eggs in a bowl and add the milk, salt and pepper and mix. Heat the butter in a frying pan over a medium low heat. Pour the egg mixture in a frying pan and mixing with chopstick or fork. - Beaten eggs into a bowl, and add the salt, mix. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Pour the egg mixture in a frying pan and cook until completely cook with 4 chopstick. When it the hard, turn off the heat and continue mixing until become flake.
