Fried Chicken Wing tip 手羽先揚げ

Ingredients
  • 12 chicken wing tip
  • vegetable oil for deep- frying
  • pepper and sesame
  • For Season sauce:
  • 2 tbsp sake
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp mirin
  • pepper
  • grated garlic

Instructions
  1. Combine the sake, soy sauce, mirin, pepper and grated garlic and put them into a bowl. Place the chicken wing into that bowl and let stand for 20-30 min.
  2. Wipe excess moisture away from the chicken with paper towel and deep fry in oil at 170℃, for about 10 min. (Until crispy)
  3. When cooked chicken, sprinkle the pepper and sesame.
