Crispy Deep-Fried Egg カリカリ卵フライ

Serves: 4
- 8 eggs
- ¼ cabbage
- 4 leaves green perilla
- vegetable oil for deep fry
- bread crumbs
- Cut the cabbage and green perilla into thinly strips and place it in a plate.
- Pour the oil in a frying pan for 5㎜ height from bottom of frying pan and over a medium heat. Spread the breadcrumbs (3 tbsp.) and drop the egg on it. Sprinkle the 1 tbsp. breadcrumbs on top of egg and fry until crispy.
- Place the fried egg on a cabbage and green perilla, garnish with Worcestershire sauce and radish sprout.

Hey this recipe needs less ingredients to make.I like each type of egg recipe.I think that we can also have this recipe in breakfast.I would like to know more egg recipes.
