- 400g Chicken tight
- 1 onion
- 3 tomato
- 1 cup yogurt
- 100g curry roux ( hot, mild, or sweet you can choice for your taste)
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- pepper
- cooked rice
- Sprinkle the pepper on the chicken tight. Cut the onion into finely chop, and cut the tomatoes into chop.
- Heat the oil in a pan and add the onion and fry until brown color. Add the chicken and cook to the both side until golden brown. Add the tomato and yogurt and bring the boil. When it starts to boil, simmer for about 25-30 min with cover.
- Add the curry roux and keep simmer for 10 min. Serve with cooked rice.
