Simmered Pacific Saucy with Sesame and Miso 秋刀魚のごまみそ煮

Serves: 4
- 4 pacific saucy
- 2 konb ginger
- ½ cup sake
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1½ cup water
- 4 tbsp miso
- 3 tbsp grated sesame
- Cut off the head and tail part of pacific saucy and cut into 5㎝ wide pieces. Remove the innards with chopsticks and wash it running water.
- Cut the ginger into thinly slices.
- Put the sake, sugar, soy sauce, and water in a pan, and bring to the boil. Add the pacific saucy and ginger and simmer for about 3-4 min. Add the miso and sesame and simmer 3-4 min.
