Green Asparagus with Peanuts Cream アスパラのピーナッツクリーム和え

Serves: 4
- 1 bunch asparagus
- 2 tbsp peanut cream
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- pepper
- Cut off the bottom part of asparagus and 2㎝ lengths pieces. Boil the asparagus and let stand cool.
- Put the peanut cream, soy sauce, and pepper in a bowl and mix well. Add the asparagus and toss.
