Soy Milk Soup with Yam 山芋の豆乳スープ

- 100g yam
- 1½ cup soy milk
- 1 tsp salted konb kelp
- ponzu soy sauce
- Peel the yam and crush. Put the yam, soy milk, and salted konb kelp into a heat -resistant bowl and microwave on 1-2 min.
- Place it in a serve bowl, put the chopped trefoil and salted konb kelp your taste. Garnish with little of ponzu soy sauce.
