Deep-Fried Chicken Plum Flavor チキンカツの梅肉風味

- 2 fillets chicken breast, shaving cut in 8 pieces
- flour
- 4 pickled plums, take off the seed and mash
- 8 leaves green perilla
- salt and pepper
- flour
- 1 beaten egg
- 2 cup breadcrumbs
- vegetable oil for deep -fry
- Score the middle of chicken fillet and sprinkle the flour, and put into the pickled plum and green perilla. Sprinkle a little of salt and pepper.
- Coat with flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs. Deep-fry at 170℃ until crispy. Serve with shredded cabbage.
