Fresh Spring Roll 生春巻き

Serves: 2
- 2 sheets rice paper
- ½ avocado
- 2 cucumber
- 4 leaves sunny lettuce
- 100g can of crab meat
- mayonnaise
- soy sauce, wasabi
- Soak the rice paper in a water to soften. Cut the avocado and cucumber into strip pieces. Combine the crab meat and mayonnaise and toss.
- Put the lettuce, avocado, cucumber, and crab on a rice paper and rolling. Cut the spring roll and place it on a plate.
- Combine the mayonnaise, soy sauce and wasabi in a bowl( quantity of your taste) and mix. Serve with sauce
