- 200g spaghetti
- 150g thinly slice beef
- ½ onion
- 5 green perilla
- salt and sake
- For Plum sauce:
- 1 tbsp grind onion
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp pickled plum (off the seed)
- ¼ cup water
- ¼ men-tsuyu
- Bring water to the boil in a pot and add the salt and sake. Put the sliced beef and boil for few second, and transfer to the ice water and drain.
- Cut the onion into thinly slice and the green perilla into finely strips. Combine the ingredients of plum sauce and set aside.
- Bring water to boil in a large pot and boil the spaghetti. When it the boiled, transfer to the cold water and drain.
- Place the spaghetti in a dish, and put the beef, onion, and green perilla. Pour over the plum sauce.
