- 2 fillets chicken tights
- ½ lemon zest ( peel and cut into strips and boil briefly )
- 1 knob garlic, cut into finely chop
- 1 branch parsley, cut into finely chop
- 1 tbsp butter
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
- Season with salt and pepper to chicken tights.
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and cook the chicken (first, skin side) until crispy and juicy When the chicken is cooked, Arrange it on a plate.
- Take off the excess oil remaining in frying pan with kitchen paper and Add the butter and over a low heat. When the butter is melted, add the garlic. When it becomes good smell, add the lemon zest and parsley and cook to briefly. And pour over to top of the roast chicken.
