- For Pilaf:
- 2 cups rice
- ½ paprika
- 1 carrot
- 1 celery
- salt
- 1 pinch dried thyme powder
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 2-2.5 cups water
- For Meat Sauce:
- 400g ground pork and ground beef
- 1 onion, cut into finely chop
- ½ knob garlic, cut into chop
- 1 knob ginger, cut into chop
- 1 laurier
- salt and pepper
- A:
- 2 tsp curry powder
- ¼ tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- 100cc tomato puree
- 2 tsp vegetable oil
- 30g sliced almond, toasted
- 2 branch Italian parsley, cut into chop
- Make to Pilaf: Wash the rice and put into a rice cooker. Cut the paprika, carrot, and celery into chop. Put the vegetables into a rice cooker, and add the salt, dried thyme powder and olive oil. Pour the water and cook to rice.
- Make to Meat sauce: Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the onion, garlic, ginger and laurier and frying over a low heat. When it starts to smell, add the ground pork and ground beef and fry. Add the salt, pepper and spices of A and stir-fry.
- Add the tomato puree and 100cc water, simmer over a low heat. If you like more spicy, add the curry powder or chili powder.
- Arrange the pilaf and meat sauce in a plate, sprinkle the sliced almond and Italian parsley.
