Fresh Tomato Sauce with Bacon Egg Rice トマトベーコンエッグライス

- 200g fresh tomato sauce
- 6-8 sliced bacon
- 2 egg
- rice
- vegetable oil
- Make to fresh tomato sauce (400~500g): Peel the tomato (5~6) and cut into mince and put it into a bowl. Add the 4 tbsp. olive oil, ½ tbsp. salt, and little of pepper and mix well.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the bacon until crispy. And make to fried egg. Place the cooked rice on a dish and put the fried bacon and fried egg on the rice. Garnish with fresh tomato sauce.
