- 100g corn
- 200g chicken
- 2 green pepper
- 20g butter
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1-2 tbsp vegetable oil
- flour
- salt and pepper
- Cut the chicken into small bite-size, and cut the pepper into 1.5㎝ square pieces. Sprinkle the salt and pepper to chicken and coat a thinly with flour.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the chicken and cook until skin is crispy, then remove the chicken from frying pan and set aside. Add the little of oil, and fry the corn for about 2-3 min. add the green pepper and fry for more 2-3 min. Return to the chicken, butter, and soy sauce and stir-fry for 1-2 min over a high heat.
