- ½ lettuce
- 150g thinly sliced beef
- 1 green onion
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1½ sake
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- ⅓ tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp ginger juice
- vegetable oil
- Cut the beef into bite- size piece. Cut the green onion into thinly slice. Tear the lettuce in bite-size pieces. Combine the oyster sauce, sake, sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and ginger juice, and mix well.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the beef and fry. Add the green onion and fry. Add the combined sauce and fry until liquid is almost gone.
- Place the lettuce on a plate, and Put the stir-fried beef on top of the lettuce.
This seems very much spicy recipe with its ingredients.Green onion is my favorite ingredient and I will make this recipe.I like that you always come with some new combinations.
I like stir fried pork and chicken but I haven’t tried beef yet. Because it’s included in your menus here I’ll probably try it. You’re the expert here. Thanks.
