- 2 potato
- 150g ground beef and pork
- 2 red pepper
- ½ tbsp curry powder
- ½ tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tsp granules soup stock
- salt
- vegetable oil
- ¼ cup water
- Peel the potatoes and cut into 7-8㎜ wide stick. Cut the red pepper into strips pieces. Combine the curry powder, soy sauce, sake, and granules soup stock and mix well (A)
- Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the ground meat and fry for about 2-3 min. add the potato and water and cover with lid and steam for about 2-3 min over a low heat.
- Turn up a high heat and remove the lid, add the red pepper and fry. Add the (A), and add the little of salt and fry briefly.
Oh I like each and every recipe made with potato.Now I will try this new recipe ‘Potato and ground meat with curry flavor.I like spicy recipe and it seems spicy.
There is a good combination of ingredients with potatoes.This looks so delicious recipe.I think this recipe will take some time so it is better to make it in holiday.
