- 2 fillets horse mackerel
- 12 Japanese green chili
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp toasted sesame
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sake
- 12/cup flour
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- vegetable oil for deep fry
- A:
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 3 tbsp water
- 1 tsp starch
- Place the horse mackerel in a bat and add the soy sauce, sake, and ginger. Let stand 15 min. Coat the flour for horse mackerel. Keep out of hole with fork to the Japanese chili.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan at 170℃, deep fry the Japanese chili for about 30 second- 1 min and drain. Deep fry the mackerel for about 5-6 min and drain of oil. Arrange the horse mackerel and Japanese green chili in a dish.
- Put the ingredients of A, in a small pot over a medium heat simmer until thick. Add the toasted sesame and stir mix. Pour over the horse mackerel and Japanese chili on top.
Well I have not tasted this recipe before but it has some new ingredients.This seems a spicy recipe so I can’t wait to make it.First I have to collect all its ingredients to cook it in weekend.
I believe that with tasting new recipes or dishes you can create your new taste with it.It is good to learn this new recipe and this Deep fried horse mackerel with sesame vinaigrette sauce is very new and different for me.
I have not tasted horse mackerel but I would like to try this recipe as it seems a spicy recipe.First I have to get a main ingredient of this recipe that is Horse Mackerel..
